Not only the worst moving experience I ever had but undoubtedly the worst business experience---period! Initially, everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly---until there was a problem. And here's my story: I was out of town when the movers came and my wife was at the rental home we were moving from. A box went crashing down a flight of stairs and put a significant hole in a wall. These individuals who were present assured my wife that they had a business relationship with a contractor and the repair would be taken care of. It wasn't until a few weeks later when I received my invoice/refund from Coldwell Banker I noted that $350.00 was subtracted for the repair the property management company had performed! So, they essentially lied. But wait, there's a lot more! My furnishings were to go into storage because we were 2100 miles away from the destination and the house was being remodeled and not ready for these items. In fact, it was a former cottage so two doors had to be enlarged to accommodate these furnishings. A couple of weeks after the initial move I was informed by "A" that the delivery was to be the NEXT day! I informed this person that this was impossible and it was supposed to go into storage. When I couldn't immediately come up with a name and date of when I spoke to someone about this fact, "A" essentially called me a liar, and in the ensuing argument, HUNG UP the phone on me! This was without any threats or profanity on my part. Her boss "J" subsequently called me back and smoothed things over and informed me that the items would stay on the truck through other deliveries so as not to receive a storage fee. Really? When this wasn't my fault? And he acted like he did me the biggest favor in the world! The items were delivered 4/30 with some damage, i.e. crushed boxes, some scratches, etc. But the real problem was that both control knobs on both washer and dryer were broken off at the stem, and TAPED back in place!!! Like we wouldn't notice? Calls to Whirlpool and Lowe's established the fact that just the knobs could not be replaced, but the whole panel had to be. I passed on this info to "M" via email with parts numbers so she could check my honesty----and this is where the problems REALLY started. This email and any others to her were totally ignored and I never heard from her again. I began texting her boss "J", who also began being very delinquent in contacting me, where before he would reach out immediately. Finally, he blocked my number! I had to go to the parent company to finally get any service. I received the requisite claim forms which are so difficult to complete, I think they hope you'll just give up. By the way, the total for the appliances was $892.00, besides the $350.00 for the wall. The absolute worst part of this whole ordeal is the repulsive way I was treated after THEY caused a problem. They "circled the wagons" and I became the enemy. Professional? What a joke! Professionalism isn't about doing a job and collecting the money. It's about customer service and doing the right thing when you or your company has caused a serious problem. RUN, do not walk, past this so-called company if you want to save your money and sanity!

I just moved locally in Albuquerque, NM and could not be happier with the service provided from Transcendent Moving! They did everything from the packing to the reassembling of the furniture, it was hassle free for us. The crews were very knowledgeable and helpful and I could not have asked for better service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who was interested in moving!

Transcendent just moved me from Albuquerque to Casa Grande. They were amazingly responsive and kept in contact with me through the entire process. Unfortunately, my television didn't make the trip so well, but they were quick to take care of that as well. I highly recommend these wonderful people for your next move!
