Transco Lines, Inc. was founded in October 1984. The Company is headquartered in beautiful Russellville, AR on I-40 between Little Rock and Fort Smith with additional Full Service Maintenance terminal in North Little Rock. Our locations afford our drivers easy access, modern maintenance facilities, and complete amenities for drivers while they are in town. We regularly win awards for service from our excellent client base.

Transco Lines operates over 350 power units and 700 dry van trailers. Our fleet consists of 175 solo drivers and 170 teams. Our niche in the marketplace is customized service for customers requiring Just-In-Time performance. We pride ourselves on providing ultra-modern assets for our drivers and superior service to our customers.

When you can't get an employee or Supervisor to listen and address an issue, post it for the others to listen to not go through the same. Lindsey in Accounting and Mike her Supervisor are completely inefficient, unprofessional, and incompetent in mannerism. We recently ran a load for this company, it was our first with them so I always follow up to ensure paperwork was received and payment is on it's way. I left 3 messages over 10 days and never received a call back from Accounting! When I finally spoke to Lindsey, she had no idea when I had called. She questioned why I was even calling in to check on payment. She had no idea who our Broker Agent was and told me I was being rude. I was agitated as most professional, organized, people who run their business would be. I then spoke to her Supervisor Mike who was abrupt and rude. Before hearing me out he said he'd "have a conversation with Lindsey". He is too inept to have a conversation with her because he doesn't care what the problem was. These two employees are bringing the reputation of this business down and we will not haul loads for people who don't appreciate our work. No one keeps you at your job except yourself. If you don't like it or can't make yourself do it well, find a new one instead of putting others through your misery.

Every negative review should be taken with a grain of salt, while some may have valid points the majority are from those who are impossible to please. Happy driver's don't have time to surf the internet posting their negativity for the world to see because they are busy working and loving their job! No company is perfect, no company is without fault, we are very family oriented and Terry Wallace is one of the greatest men I have ever had the pleasure of working for, he cares about all of his drivers and shows that on a day to day basis.

When all you see is 1star rating in a trucking company in its a reviews and talk to drivers on the road and hear nothing but complaint after complaint what makes you think?? So I had to try and give a call. Talk about a hoax. Recruiters made me laugh .. we will give you all the miles you want. Lol sounds like no miles. But when you see people posting a 5 star and review saying 1 star is grain of salt that person is either a kiss ass or a I'll bend over for anyone in the company. For example just scroll 2 spots down. Sounds like this company trying to push slot of dirt under the rug. C'mon drivers wake up do your research better...... Big Kountry

I'm very impressed with this company and the hospitality of how they treat New Driver's, I'm excited about my new adventure and, thankful for all the good reviews that helped me make my decision, looking forward to doing well and making some great money!

Well I can say being a fleet owner and being in this business for years I thought this company was decent. Well I was completely wrong that's for sure. Reita and Beverly T are the only two here with any decency or respect. When there are issues you would think,after multiple calls and emails someone would respond besides a load planner. I have two drivers here One with 30 years the other with 10 and both have been treated like garbage. As for me no different because when you call out the issues and there is a spin of justification from them that speaks volumes. The fluff and puff is at orientation then its back to the games. First of all they pay cheap rates, however with the miles it might work out unless as in this case they come up with bs excuses why the truck didn't make money. Pulling fuel out of the air and assigning to a load, the list goes on. Another example - driver ran 3500 miles And after their quote variable figures the truck Makes nothing? All I can say further is use your head and go to a company that you will actually get paid . Experienced drivers and people in business should not go through this. There's more to come as I will move forward on this and will review good or bad. On a final note Darin Lewis is the worst ops mgr I have ever seen the way he treats people, he told me I had an attitude and hung up. When it comes to pay that's not paid you Damn right I have an attitude. Maybe that's why they have two orientations a week and herding drivers through. You're better off working with a large Mega carrier than this place. Extreme failure on their part in communication, problem solving and overall management from top to bottom. When the Vp ignores a call as well that says a lot. Its a shame a company with decent equipment treats the drivers and owners like school aged children. On a final note, when you have to request settlement sheets- huge red flag, and of course that dept. Ignores the email as well. Typical when you're hiding things.
