Always friendly and have helped me located packages several times.

For people who have to work 8-5, their customer center schedule is not convenient at all. M-F: 8:30-10:30&3-6:30, closed on weekends. The only chance for me is to pick up my package after work. I strongly wish they could open during lunch hours as well.

Great experience! They work with you to get your packages delivered, from office personnel to drivers they will go out of their way to help you out. Love them. Keep up the great work Ladies and gentlemen!

Only open from 8:30-10:30 am and again from 3:00-6:30 pm, Monday-Friday only. This makes it extremely difficult to send packages
