Bob was incredible not only at booking and arranging our trip, he helped us from Venice when the hotel said they didn't have our payment confirmed. Actually saved the day and trip. He went way above and beyond for his customers. I will 100% be booking through Creative Travel from now on!

I only rated this business. A business person never misconstrues a story or lashes out a personal attack on one's character. I was Basically called a liar and spoiled. Well it just shows you the character of this person.  This man yet cane back to lash out at me.  He seems to process information which benefits his competence. I wa not being nice nit attacking his character. However he seems not to have any. I called him out of courtesy to advise I was filing a dispute through the bank. He said that is why I am here. Haha. I don't bash people but this person likes to shift the Blame.  If you see the office.. it is a total mess.  I went in only to purchase airline tickets. He told me he could get a better deal with him.i had made my own reservations prior to him stepping in.  When I first called , as a courtesy,  he said. "Why didn't you call me" . And so , this is the result   .  If you continue this harassment, and mixed facts about the truth, then yes we can take this, In a constructive manner to a higher echelon.   I was being polite just rating it a 2.  But it is obvious you are not professional.

So to follow up on my last post.....Our Trip was FLAWLESS from the airport to shuttle to hotel and back home.Everything was amazing and couldnt have been better Thanks to Bob!!! Can't wait to book our next trip!If you are planning a trip go see Bob! His professionalism,experience and patience with all his clients says it all!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would!I planned a trip to aruba for my 60th in july but rescheduled due to testing requirements to come back to the USA. After much time spent changing this trip to next year,Bob got it done.2 weeks ago they lifted the testing and I emailed Bob to see if the trip could be changed back to july.With only a few weeks til then Bob spent alot of time on phone with airlines etc...He worked his magic and made it possible! I am beyond excitedand grateful for having a travel agent who is not only professional but goes above and beyond to make wishes vome true!

Bob is so awesome. He helped organize and plan a trip for myself and my friends to go to Hawai’i for one month. The hotels selected were amazing, both in location and stay. All of the flights were perfectly timed. The best part is that we came in WELL under budget. Traveling during covid can be messy, and plenty of people have hiccups. We came across one minor issue and Bob was right there at all hours of the day and night to ensure we were taken care of. Although we ran into this problem that wasn’t able to be resolved through Bob directly, he went OUT OF HIS WAY to not only refund a portion of the cost, but to email the Governor of Hawai’i on our behalf. He truly cares about his clients and wants to make sure that they are happy and enjoying their trip. Aside from this small bump in the road on our trip, everything else went according to plan perfectly. So well, in fact, that I am booking another trip through him in a few months back to Hawai’i, and potentially using his help to book flights and hotels in Madrid this fall. Bob runs an amazing business and you feel catered to and recognized. The prices he was able to score for us were unbelievable, and he made us feel like we were his priority. He works around the clock to ensure we are taken care of.  I seriously couldn’t thank him enough. Because of his services, I had the best and most inspiring trip of my life with my best friends. I am filled with gratitude for Bob, his charisma, and his excellent work ethic.

Me friends and I had an amazing time with our travel guide in downtown Havana. He was full of energy, very knowledgable and showed us more than we could have ever seen on our own.  We booked a third party excursion with Bob at Creative Travel for our Royal Caribbean cruise and weren’t sure what to expect but we were blown away. I am beyond thankful for the memories we have and the experience we all shared in the beautiful Havana.
