Piss poor service. I brought my bike in for the free annual service that comes after buying it from them. I also bought a new chain and upgraded to the $35 drive train cleaning in addition to the free standard tune up. A week later, they called and said that it was done, which was when it was due. 

I went over to pick it up and it was quite obvious that the drive train wasn't touched. It was just like I dropped it off, with about a 1,000 miles of grime on both the back and front gears. The manager then assured me that the cleaning was done, but he would have it done again if I didn't like it. I put 2,300 miles on that bike last year and I cleaned the gears and chain after 1,000. I use the same cleaning products and lube. I know how it should look after being cleaned and lubed. I left the bike with them after the manager assured me that they would clean it again. 

I went back after an hour after I got to thinking about what else hadn't been done. I just wanted my bike back. I took it to get a tune up done somewhere I trust. The mechanic was able to extract a big ball of goo from the rear gears. A tune up is a matter of safety and I ride enough that I need to know that the bike is going to perform.

I recently bought two items from Treads at their location in Aurora.  Bought one bike for my daughter and an indoor trainer for myself on a different day.    I used to work in bike shops, and felt right away that this store has it's act together. The sales person was very experienced, friendly and very helpful.   Help was very sincere and I was pleased with the store's overall presentation.   I will definitely be going back for more business here.

We had such a fun experience. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. I had a ton of questions and was never treated like I was being an inconvenience. We went back 3 times and had made a couple of call in between and each time we were treated kindly. We will definitely be going back again.

Sales and service staff are very knowledgeable with a large number of years of combined experience. Service Mgr. Derek can truly answer any question you have about your bicycle. Don’t bother going anywhere else for your new bike or service.

Brought wife's bike for bent wheel was told it could not be fixed. Had to order the wheel it took a week to get there, they keep the bike so i didn't have to take it home. Good prices on the mountain bikes. Good selection of items. Very knowledgeable workers.
