This place is the best! I've been a competitive cycling for about 26 years. I have worked with a bunch of different shops. This place and these guys are the best! They are all very knowledgable and extremely helpful. The service is always top notch! Repairs are timely and done to perfection. Also they ( all employees ) are all so amazingly nice and likable . Howard ( the manager) is one of the coolest and nicest guys you will every meet. This is THE shop to go to in Delaware for cyclist of all levels and interests!

I have purchased three bikes for my grandchildren from this store and received great service every time. So when I decided to purchase a more high end bike for myself I returned to the Trek store in Newark, DE. The entire experience, from choosing the right bike to setting it up with accessories, was five star. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

What a great group of folks! Took my sons Unicycle in looking for a part. They fixed it up, and didn't even charge me for the repair work, just the parts! #1 service, friendly and quick, can't be beat!

I haven’t bought a nice bike before and they helped me out tremendously! John assisted me and helped me get a great bike ford what I wanted to is it for and he gave me other options that were still in my price range!

Their customer service is above and beyond. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The work they do on your bike is top notch and reasonable. The store is aesthetically pleasing. I go out of my way to give them business because of who they chose to be... I'd recommend Trek over Wooden Wheels hands down.
