The staff at Concord Pike Trek are excellent. They know their product and can help find the exact bike or equipment you're looking for. They are also very friendly and patient, willing to take as much time as you need to make decisions or just to chat. Jim, the head mechanic, is absolutely top notch! I can't imagine there is anything he can't fix or replace on any bike. The store is well stocked with a large selection of bikes and equipment, and they are happy to order whatever item you need if it's not in the shop. Last year late in the season, I wanted a very specific 2017 Fuel EX 9.8 with 2X Shimano components and brakes. They searched for and found the last one available in the region and had it shipped to Concord Pike the next day. Trek makes a great product that they stand by, with the best warranty in the business (life-time on frames and defective parts). In my experience, you can't go wrong by shopping at the Concord Pike Trek.

We had an amazing experience buying my son's new bike. The salesmen were all very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were so friendly and patient. My son was able to test a few bikes outside which made the choice so much easier. We will definitely be returning to the store for future purchases.

Had a great experience with getting my bike serviced and getting a new bike for my husband. The guys that work here have a lot of knowledge and experience. They are extremely helpful with getting us what we needed.

Great team, easy location, reasonable pricing, but above all kind people. My fitting was long overdue and reinvented my relationship with my bike. Really great local store feel with corporate services behind them. Thanks team!
