Trek Store at Holly Park is awesome.  The store aesthetics are great and the people are even better. I trust all of their mechanics with my noble steeds and appreciate the amount this shop gives back to the cycling community.  Keep up the good work and hope to see you on road or the trails!

I was looking to get our bikes fixed up as it had been a couple years since we rode regularly.  I read several reviews from here and decided to check them out.  Joel and Cisco were very helpful.  Joel gave me a quote to fix our bikes and I decided to proceed with my wife's bike.  As for my bike being over 20 years old it was almost as much as a new bike.  I decided to look at Target and Dick's Sporting Goods and everything there was comparable to what Trek was offering, plus Trek was happy to help.  I rode a FX-1 (their base model) and it was a great fit.  I've ridden it several times this week and love being able to ride again.  The customer service here really went a long way towards buying the bike from Trek.

I live in New Zealand. Trek email me twice re my recent purchase. I email them to let them know it could not be me and that there is either a typo or they have been hacked. They do nothing but continue to send computer driven customer emails.
This is a company that relies on computers to drive their customer service program and if they have any humans opening or reading emails then they clearly do no give a toss.
I can never buy a Trek bike in Holly Park, but I would never buy from a company who flagrantly do not care about people.

You guys were just amazing...I've encountered a damaged rear hub this morning, and brought my Triathlon bike to the store, and Chris was so accommodating and instantly put my bike on the repair stand , and started to pull out the wheels, check/repair the problem on my Freewheel hub, rectify the caused, and put my bike in working condition, when I asked him how much is the repair cost. He humbly told me there was none! Since no parts were replaced, It was a great experience with you guys! More power to you! Thanks a lot!

I recently purchased a road bike from this location and the guys I spoke with were all highly knowledgeable and courteous. There was none of that "cool guy" vibe that's present in some other bike shops in the area. The manager, Matt, helped me select the perfect bike to fit my needs and was super helpful throughout the transaction. I will highly recommend The Trek store at Holly Park to everyone.
