I went to four different local bike shops to get a new hybrid bike.  I am an old guy and wanted to do something that would be good for me and fun.  This location (formerly Bike Line) was the only one where someone actually listened to me and heard what I was interested in.  There was one place where the guy simply pointed and said "there's the bikes and walked away".  All of the staff are riders but more important they really come across as liking what they do.  They helped me select the bike that ended up being perfect for me.  Not the most expensive bike but one that I have enjoyed for over 370 miles in the last 8 weeks.  I have gone back several times to get something added, get a new helmet  or to pick up a trunk rack and each visit gets better than the last.  Trek took over ownership a few weeks ago, and I can easily understand why the previous owner has given them a great business .  I have over 43 years experience in retail dealing with high end customers, and I can honestly say this was and is one of the finest places I have ever done business.  Thanks to all the staff.
