20180221: David and John were helpful with selecting an adequate Y.B.E. (Youth Bike Equity aka pre-owned) bicycle for my daughter so I can to teach her to ride without training wheels. Decent price on bicycle, considering 1 year of maintenance is included with purchase of all bikes (even used) from Trek Stop Grafton. 20% discount for Active Army/Army Reserve/Retired Army on accessories (new grips, bell, etc.) was greatly appreciated! Will return when it's time to graduate from 20" Trek Mystic cruiser to one with gears or next size up 24". Thank you.

I came to the shop worked with Jason to buy my first bike, Jason was so helpful I asked him a million questions he matched me up at two different bikes, I liked both of them a lot. He basically had to show me how to ride a bike because it's been that long since I've been on a bike. Jason wasn't pushy at all. He showed me all the benefits to both bikes and helped me narrow it down to one help with all the accessories and then when I picked up the bike he set up the bike rack for me on the back of my car. What a great experience

Have been going here for years - First at their old location in South Grafton and followed them to their North Grafton location. Super knowledgeable people and fair prices for new bikes, tune-ups, and repairs. Outstanding service!

Can not say enough about this place.  The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.  You could not ask for a better or more trustworthy group of guys to work on your bicycle.  And if you are purchasing a new bicycle, even better because you can be sure that if any problems were to arise, they would be addressed with the highest standards.  These days many local bike shops do the minimum to get by, or lack the necessary tools to address specific problems and to do it correctly.  This group operates with high standards, and it shows. They have the tools and knowledge to back them up.  Big thanks to Gerry and the team for the work they did to my bike!

Purchased two bikes for the kids about 6 weeks ago.  Great experience, and the kids are super happy and love riding their bikes.  They have a great trade-in program for growing kids, which I look forward to.
