Story

A new resort experience awakens on the peaceful side of the Smokies named Tremont Lodge & Resort. Open and accepting reservations, we are focused on providing each guest with a finely appointed room and the utmost care and service.

Tremont Lodge & Resort is a unique 16 acre property with 132 hotel rooms, comprised of standard rooms as well as one and two bedroom suites. A total transformation has occurred with attention to every detail to make our guests welcome and comfortable. Each room and suite boasts new furnishings, carpeting, fixtures, flat screen televisions, a Keurig coffeemaker, fine linens, bedding and much more!

Book your Group - as small as 10 for a Family Reunion or as large as 900 for a Convention or Wedding! This multi-property resort encompasses a Grand Lodge, featuring the original bar from the 1892 Chicago World’s Fair, 132 Hotel Rooms & Suites, 30 Cabins and 92 RV sites, with the largest number of Waterfront RV sites in the area. Our Meeting Facilities are equipped with state of the art audio/visual capability, as well as the highest speed wireless internet connectivity available in our area, throughout the property.

Tremont Lodge & Resort is the first in Townsend to earn the Tennessee Green Hospitality certification; this distinction is both stringent and audited. What does this mean to our guest? The Resort must actively conserve water, energy and sustain itself with as little impact to the environment as possible. Eco-friendly lodging is now available at the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains!
