Great rooms for the price. Except price goes up on weekends and the regular rooms are not worth more than the 43.00 I've paid all week. Lovely view of the creek. Hot water for showering. Friendly staff. Surroundings are a little run down but rooms are updated and clean. Small coffee pots in the rooms would be nice.

The room on the inside has recently been remodeled. Once all the rooms are complete I was told they are remodeling the outside. The outside is very trashy. The old box style TVs sitting piled up in the corner. Trash everywhere that I could see from my balcony. I was traveling with my family of 4 one of which was a 3 year old and the balcony was missing an entire board and my 3 year old could have easily fell through it. The boards on the balcony was filthy. The people cleaning the room could sure use a class on how to clean. The corners in the room could have used a good scrubbing. The bathroom is tiny but it serves the purpose. They only gave us 3 towels and 1 washcloth...there was 4 of us in the room. Staff was ok sure wasn’t the southern hospitality you expect but they weren’t rude. The young guy on the night shift took care of a noise complaint I had from the room above me immediately. But I wish it had been cleaner around the building. Beds were clean and comfortable. Don’t try to get your motel 6 rewards at this motel they have no clue what I was even talking about.

The room was so much nicer than we expected; however, they just had a remodel. We had a jacuzzi room and where they had used mud between tiles was not cleaned up. There was so much dust collecting on the tile around the jacuzzi. It had not been dusted at all. The floors were beautiful. It was spacious. It needed more cleaning for sure.

Wonderful weekend there!!! Friendly staff. Great room. Love the wood floors, you know it's clean. Great stay for little price!!! They accept all pets!!!! We did not take any, but others there had them and it was great seeing animal lovers everywhere!!!

Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was dingy and had crud in the corners and hairs on the wall... but the motel is dated and we got our room for a good price, so no complaints. WiFi worked great! Not sure if it's normal for Motel 6 to not supply shampoo & conditioner, but there was none in the room, nor any Kleenex (I was battling a cold and had to resort to using toilet paper to blow my nose), so keep that in mind when planning your stay. Overall, I'd stay here again because it's a great price to stay in Gatlinburg!
