This is my first and LAST experience with Eden Crest Vacations. I would like to say I am not a person who complains or is exceptionally hard to please. We rented this unit to spend our last holiday with our daughter, who is in the US Army, and deploying in December. We expected a restful, laid-back and peaceful experience. What we got was quite the opposite. Our first night there was horrendous. An extended family had rented many units above us and was thoughtless and rude, staying up until 3:30 a.m., making noise, shouting, stampeding inside the unit, running up and down the stairs, making noise in the parking lot and kept everyone awake most of the night. This was reported to the staff by myself early in the morning the next day. No acknowledgment was received whatsoever to address the issue.
The next day, Thanksgiving, we were cooking dinner without any hot water in the kitchen, making it impossible to wash and clean dishes. Also, some of the utensils were not working, and we had to open cans with a knife. The second and third nights were a repeat of the first night, with escalating noise throughout the entire night and into the early morning hours.
Furthermore, the carpeting inside the unit was filthy, stained, dirty with unraveling sections of the rug. We paid an outrageous $1400+ for 3 nights for this place. Needless to say, the price was in no way reflective of the value and condition of the unit.
I had sent another email to management the morning we left, again expressing our dissatisfaction and asking for resolution. Someone did contact me promising to rectify, but then never go back to me. I called Eden Crest two days later only to be told "unfortunately we cannot do anything for you." "We polled the other guests and found nothing wrong." My response was "if you polled the people making the noise, they would not complain."
My advice is: DO NOT STAY HERE even if it is the last available place left. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company as management does not seem to care about the quality of their properties or the experiences of their guests.

Eden Crest check in process was so nice using the phone app. No driving all the way to their office and looking for paper work. Just download app to phone and they will give you updates and info. Before trip then at 4pm on your check in day they will text and send you a key code to get into your cabin. Once vacation is over lock doors and checkout through the app. So nice and easy especially after a long drive. We stayed at one of their cabins at the preserve resort, the view was the best we have had in the 5 times we vacationed to the smokies. I can insure you the next time we go to the smokies we will be booking through Eden crest.

Our weekend getaway to the Smokey Mountains was nothing less than majestic. The cabin had all the comforts of home and the beautiful surroundings where peaceful and tranquil. It's been a couple of weeks since our vacation and the family is still talking about our time there. I know another trip to the Smokey Mountains is in our future. Eden Crest Vacation Rentals took great care of us before, during, and after our visit. I highly recommend them to any and everybody for an experience that will leave a lasting impression. We stayed at an Eden Crest Cabin for our annual shopping trip in Pigeon Forge and we loved it! The cabin had plenty of room for sleeping and we really enjoyed the arcade games and playing pool. The cabin was conveniently located near the shopping center. Dealing with Eden Crest was a very pleasant experience and if I had questions I got answers to them quickly. I also enjoyed the app that had all of the information I could need about my cabin and our stay. I would definitely recommend Eden Crest!

The cabin was beautiful! It was very clean. I have to say one of the best stays we have had in a cabin. We will definitely use Eden Crest again. We enjoyed the free tickets too; oh and the chocolates. My husband liked the Eden Crest app to get information and for checking. The one thing we did not like was the mandatory damage waiver fee. Only negative thing for us. Thank you Eden Crest and to the owners of the cabin for a wonderful stay!
