Went there ordered a 5'x7'& 27"×8' need them bound, so they dont unravel. Lauren was great, she did all the math and told me where too look for a remnant that saved me money. They have a huge selection of remnants and they are all colored lite to dark so you don't have to go back and forth looking for the color you want. Lauren gave me time to find the one I wanted, and put my name on it, then we we to a desk too pay. There were other employees there but she was the only one taking care of customers. A couple befor me, then me. Ask for Lauren if you go there, great selection, great customer service.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a great experience. I came to Tri-City Carpets this morning (Saturday) at 10 a.m., after another company (Empire) showed up at 9:00 a.m. with the same roll of defective carpet they had tried to install three days earlier. Jennifer LaVine, the sales rep at Tri-City, was kind and empathetic and set me up with a delivery date of Monday. To my surprise, she called me two hours later and said that they would deliver it today! Wow! Same day service! Anthony and Fedor, the installers were friendly, professional and efficient! They installed the carpet in 45 minutes and it looks incredible! Thank you Tri-City for saving the day, you now have a customer for life! Highly recommend Tri-City Carpets!

Tri-City Carpets has done most of the suites in our commercial building here in Vista and did a great job everytime. Their pricing is competitive and their service is always both professional and courteous. We we'll definitely continue issuing them.

I felt this company took the time to understand & meet my needs. They have a variety of selection, as well as great pricing. I would recommend Tri-City Carpets to everyone.

We have used Tri-City Carper to carpet an investment property over 4,000 sq ft. The price was great and the installation we done very professionally. We are very happy with the results.
