I Had problems (2 carpet jobs, big problems) BUT, They called us to fix one problem. Then we went in to see if they were willing to make it ALL right... Everyone makes mistakes. It"s how they handle. it that counts. Lowe's came through big-time! Highly recommend!

It is not the fault of employees but rather the fault lies with management; poor relationship between the customer and the employees. I asked three times if I could get help, none was given. I said "I have a bad back"! I pulled my car over by wood service area and waited. Completely ignored; I push both carts to the handicap stall. I tried one more time by walking next young women at the cash register who was then combing her hair. Look at the young man who was dancing. I left with a hurting back made much whose by a team that was not properly trained on customer service. The next morning hurting and needing relief only Advil could give me Only think about how friendly being at that Orchard °with that get customer service. Humm! Jerry

We went to the Lowe's in Vista about 3 weeks ago to purchase our Christmas tree. The employees were friendly but not very knowledgeable about the trees. We picked the greenest one, got it cut and put it in water as soon as we got home. I continued to make sure it had water each day. Now, 2 weeks before Christmas I'm staring at a dead Christmas tree. Pine needles are falling off, my tree is grey, and the heavy ornaments have snapped the branches because they're so dry. I thought, well that's annoying that it didn't even last till Christmas, let alone 2 weeks before, but I'll just call to see about exchanging it. I didn't ask for a refund or store credit. Just a tree exchange. After being transferred twice, I talked to Dylan, who lacked customer service skills. I explained the situation and asked if they offer exchanges and he said no. I asked again, if there was anything they could do since the tree should last till Christmas and it didn't, and again he said no we don't exchange Christmas trees and there's nothing they could do. He was on speaker phone and my husband thought he had a rude tone, but regardless, the fact that they offer nothing for poor quality trees is shameful and I will never shop there again. My Home Depot tree last year made it much longer, and I regret not returning there again this season. I have let all my friends and family know, and to my surprise, many of them who had purchased trees from Lowes had also already died! What a waste of money.

The worst Lowe’s ever. Everything we have bought from this Lowe’s has either been broken or not all the pieces there. The employees take forever to help you I waited about 20 mins even after having another employee call for someone two times to come help me(box was really heavy). So then they help me I check out they don’t even offer to see if I need help lifting it I had to ask. The customer service never seems happy. Also our water dispenser was all dented and broken when we bought it a few weeks ago. I most likely will not be going back to this Lowe’s I’ll go to the other one in my area.
