Jose had the top of my couch for 7 weeks. We prepaid him $250 of the $350 charge to reupholster a portion of the top, which he picked up from our home and told us he would have back in a week. I called a total of 6 times over the 7 weeks he had the couch section, and he returned my call twice. He stated he had been ill, had miscut the material and needed to order more, etc. etc. It took 7 weeks to get it back, and it looks like it should be on "botched". The top is pulled sideways, and the middle section  looks like fabric from both sides was yanked toward the middle, leaving a large gap at the armrest. The workmanship is sub par, and I am really disappointed.
