My first review was to lengthy to post so this will be very short and condensed. I have had 3 experiences with Tri County and all 3 were terrible. The first was to buy a vehicle we had a quote from online sales for. We were forced to test drive before they would discuss the quote we were given. Sales associate didn't know anything about vehicle when asked just tried to sell us add ons that would be available at time of purchase. Turns out we were quoted wrong by about $330 a month. Asked for explanation of how it happened, sales manager then came over and refused to explain it to me, was told it was very complicated and refused to explain. Asked to speak with online sales associate who quoted us but told they had left for the day, that was a lie because they had called me about 15 minutes after getting home as I was looking at vehicles online again. Purchased said vehicle at another Toyota dealer. Second experience was for 5k service. That is tire rotation and top off fluids, I also asked to have brakes checked as they were making noise. I had made and appointment and was told this would be 30 minutes, I figured 45. It took 1:45 minutes where my vehicle was completed and sitting outside for 50 minutes before they came to get me. I asked about my brakes and was told they were not checked, I would need to make another appointment and come back. Third experience was for 10K service. That is a oil change, tire rotation, and top off fluids which I made another appointment for. I had come 15 minutes early, I explained that I was told it would be 30 minutes which I knew was wrong, I was told my the service manager 45 minutes typically and hour tops. Fast forward 2:45 minutes I went to see the service manager again as a vehicle that looked like mine had been sitting outside for over 1:30 minutes. He did apologize and they started searching frantically for my keys and paperwork to get me out of there. I sat for another 15 min as they could not find either. They had lost my keys and paperwork. Eventually they found my keys but not my paperwork, had to reprint it all. He again said sorry and that he would be sending me something in the mail the next day for my troubles. Its been over a month now and I haven't received a thing. I know I will get one of those automated sorry for your experience we value every customer emails you see on every poor review of this place, but if you really cared about your customers and potential new ones you would put forth more of an effort. And when you say you will make something right, actually do so and make it right. Tough there are good reviews, all of the poor ones seem to be centered around the same things. Do yourself a favor and go see another dealer that actually cares when they say they do.

Currently waiting at this location right now.. I made an appointment last week for a 10 am EXPRESS oil change. I was told by others it is quick so I decided to come alone and wait. When I arrived at 10 am I was told it would take around an hour and a half tops. I said not a problem and sat calmly. I have been now sitting for 2 hours and I can see my car parked in a spot, and it seems to be done being worked on. So please tell me why it's been sitting there for 15 minutes now and I haven't been informed that it is finished. Yet more employees keep coming in to tell others their cars are finished even though I was here before them and MY CAR IS DONE! seriously annoying.

This review is for the Service Department. I had an appointment at 9 am. Service asked if I was waiting or dropping off. I had my wife follow me so I could get back home and mow( it was a busy day) so I told them I was leaving it. I came back several hours later and they had not started working on it and I waited anyways. The second time I set up an inspection ahead of time. Over the phone she said she could get me in early on a Saturday, I told her I could drop it off Friday night. I received an email confirming my 6:45 am appointment. I got busy Friday night and couldnt drop my vehicle off until 6:30am Saturday. When I got there I indicated I'd be waiting with it (expecting it to take 2 or so hours). Unknown to me, when you indicate that you're leaving your vehicle there, your appointment time is disregarded and you get bumped into the "when we can get it in line". Be aware of this policy as it goes for all appointments. I think it's a little ridiculous when you call and make an appointment but that's the policy here. I originally had this as 1 start but upgraded to 3 because this policy was explained and while I don't agree I understand wanting to get people waiting with their vehicle done first. I just don't think because I planned ahead to have someone pick me up I should be penalize by being out of my vehicle all day. Team Member Todd did well in explaining the situation to me Saturday morning but still tried to expedite the inspection of my 2016 vehicle.

Customer service was positive all around but I traveled 500 miles to buy the car, only to realize back home that the undercarriage was completely rusted out. Sent two emails to the dealership and no response. After driving it home, I took it in to my local Toyota dealership to get the differential fluids changed. The advisor immediately called me over to show me the undercarriage. I admit the frame seemed to be okay, but every bolt was completely rusted, rear control arm was disintegrating as small rusty chunks were falling off, and the spare tires rim was completed rusted over. I don’t blame the sales people. The service shop spent $1400 on a new water pump, fluids and brakes. That said, they spent a good deal of time underneath the car. They should have said something to Sales. I ended up selling the truck for a significant loss. What a terrible experience. I should have looked under the truck myself. I understand that it’s my responsibility. But I feel the dealer misrepresented the condition of the truck as well. This level of rust should have been disclosed. We’ve bought two other vehicles from PA. We know what to expect. But this was beyond belief. Anyone buying a car or truck from here should get a second opinion from another service department since clearly the service department here has low standards.

Went to get my second service here. The first was nothing impressive, but not horribly bad except that it did take about 2.5 hours which was ridiculous considering it was just a simple 10k oil change service. Scheduled for the 15k service online, went there and the service guy was EXTREMELY RUDE. I cannot emphasize this enough. Seems this is common here based on the other reviews. He again told me it'd be over 2 hours and cost over $87 since I need the annual inspection. NO THANKS. You just lost my business and I'm hoping this review will make you lose even more. You need to clean up your service department people.
