If I could rate this place in negative numbers I would.  This is place is horrible. I had 2 recalls and needed the stickers replaced on my windshield. Not an inspection but just the stickers on my Jeep Wrangler.  I dropped my Jeep off. Received a call that my Jeep was done and the cost was $37 and some change.  I called and spoke with Nick questioning why so high for just replacement stickers, that is their price, which is at least $22 more than 4 other dealerships that I had called.  The other dealerships were $15 or less. Then when I went to pick up my Jeep, everything in my glove compartment and console was all over the passenger seat and floor.  I questioned this to Fred their sales manager.  He didn't know what happened.  Received a call from Brian the service manager and he tried telling me a rodent got into my Jeep and shredded a bag.  Just a bag, not the papers or anything.  And my guess is that "this rodent" also opened my glove compartment and console pulled everything out and closed them back up?  Their way of making things up was to clean my car.  You should since "the rodent" was in your parking lot or one of your technicians!!! 
I wonder how many other people they have ripped off  with just replacing stickers?

I am very pleased with my experience at Tri County. Not only was the service quick and staff friendly but they didn’t push for additional items. They provided great advice for future things I’ll need with my vehicle when it’s time & price was fair. 
Hands down a better experience than at Jeff D’Ambrosio. My dogs also had a great time waiting with me while they completed the job. 
Definitely the dealership I will be using from here on out!

Had an appointment for a Monday and the van happened to be towed to the dealership on a Saturday evening late. On Monday morning I confirmed the appointment and cleaned the van out of some things I needed. Tuesday I called to check up on the van and they informed me that the appointment was for that day and seemed confused that I was calling them??  when I came on Monday why didn't they tell me the appointment was Tuesday in their system? And without asking they fixed a recall on my van that had to do with a problem in the buttons on the door?? AND when I came in to get the van no one was able to answer any of these questions about these issues. It made me a little less trustworthy of them and their work.

if i could give them a zero rating for service, i would...they failed me for inspection on a 2015 renegade for windshield wiper blades, are you kidding me?!?! only go here for service on your jeep, if you are stupid and like to spend pointless money!!!! john is the worst person to deal with, only use brian when possible as he is more reasonable!!!

Absolute worst experience. Quoted me $850 and then called me after the work was done and told me it was $1400. Didn't call me at all to okay the extra parts. Also filed saying that they did a recall that was never done, have to have another mechanic prove it wasn't done before I can get it actually done now. Linda in services is magnificent, but I wouldn't suggest getting your car serviced here.
