When I wanted a custom bike that fit perfectly, I knew Wes was the guy to call.  I had a tri bike that fit well and wanted to upgrade to a Carbon Custom Frame.  Wes dialed in my fit, giving me more power potential, while keeping me comfortable.  
The bike turned out awesome!  I took it on one training ride then raced it the following weekend with a top ten finish and an age group win.

Amazing service from top notch professionals. I needed a tri-bike for the New Orleans 70.3 Ironman.  Wes and his crew found the perfect match for me.  I would never trust my bikes with anyone else.  Keep up the great work.

My experience with TF and the new GURU was perfect.  From both Wes and Bill, the responsiveness and fitting expertise was first rate.

I have had multiple interactions with Wes and Bill, and feel like I am qualified to write this ringing endorsement of their services.
I have taken advantage of the bike fit for both my road bike along with my tri bike, and found the fit to be quite comprehensive. Wes took the time to delve into my "history", and make the proper adjustments for both performance but also comfort. As a result, my rides are more enjoyable and more efficient.
From a maintenence standpoint, Bill has serviced both of my bikes. His suggestions and attention to detail have been invaluable.
Finally, I want to share an example of why I feel that Triformance deserves my loyalty (and your trust). Unfortunately, my tuned up, fit tri bike was stolen. Thankfully, I did have insurance, however, filing the claim and dealing with the insurance company was going to be difficult. Having worked with me and my bike, Wes and Bill had firsthand knowledge (which was documented!) of my frame, components, wheels, etc. Without charge, they helped put together an estimate of my bike value, which directly led to a favorable insurance settlement.
Their help and involvement did not stop. They knew that I had a race in under 2 weeks. They were able to order a custom fit bike, given that they already had my fit numbers. Additionally, they were able to have it delivered and assembled prior to the race!
Their service and help were invaluable, and they went above and beyond to help.

Experience is the biggest distinction with Triformance.  There are a lot of bike shops in town but few staff or owners who can match Wes for knowledge and expertise.  I felt like the price I paid was a bargain knowing that I have a bike that is well suited for my needs. 

I have also been training for some longer Tris and in preparation, had been doing some reading on how critical the bike portion is to a tolerable run.  One of my frequent riding buddies received a Retul fit from Triformance and he seemed to think that it made a significant difference in his comfort and performance.  

After biting the bullet and deciding to look into a Tri bike (I decided I should have a road bike and a Tri bike), I called around and found that prices were relatively comparable.  The decision to go with Triformance was not an easy one for me due to distance.  I live well outside of Columbus and the drive was far greater than my regular bike shop.   

I ended up going in for a new Tri fit and accepting Wes’ recommendation on a new bike.  The level  of comfort in the aero position was something I had never experienced previously.  Wes said, “I’d like you to be in the aero position for 105 out of 112 miles.” I remembered thinking that I doubted I could do this however, I pretty much stay in the aero position almost 99% of the time.  

I wholeheartedly recommend Triformance to new or expert riders looking to get into the sport.
