KTM needs to demand Mr. Wilson staff his service department. This is the second year I've had to travel to Mansfield or Clermont county to get service. I would not have purchased a KTM had I known the manufacturer/ distributor  is willing to let a so-called dealer get away with this. Live and learn !

This dealership I thought would be a good experience but it was far from that. I'm not sure if I just caught the wrong time to be there but they had 4 husqvarna dirt bikes and 6 ktms. I'm not sure also if this is just not the place to buy just dirt bikes but more lawn equipment because they did sell mowers, but basically the guy who was there at the time when we told him i was looking for an 85 he said very rudely "you do know these are competition bikes" and I responded with "ya" he then said the 85 is just a little bit bigger than the 65 which isn't completely wrong. If anyone had a good experience here please tell me because like I said i had a bad one.

They have great motorcycles KTM and Hasqvana. They just don't know how to sell them. Poor service and staff with attitudes.
Does not offer test rides.
