Story

Trio Nightclub is a premier nightclub in the heart of Portland Or. The nightclub has three rooms that offer different dance experiences. The building has advanced sound and lighting systems that offer a Vegas experience. DJ's on the weekend offer various types of music.

Trio is also a great place to enjoy happy hour or a great meal, through out the week.

If 10 random Vegas bars threw up, you'd get Trio. It's a decent place - ie, bartenders are nice, food is pretty good Americanized Chinese style, karaoke is fun with a big stage and lights. Nothing meshes though so the final product seems unfinished. Weekends are packed, weekdays are dead.

What a night. Truly one of the best experiences I have had in the Portland area. Great music and great dance floor. The bartenders, staff, and owners are all great and respect the customers

I'm familiar with this club since they opened and it has transformed with experience and seems to only get better depending on what you are looking for. It appears in efforts not to be the same all the time and as a very young club it has morphed and will continue to change over the years to keep it fresh. As far as I know, it is the largest club in PDX and they aim to please. Karaoke in one room and the line is usually short as most of the folks in the room are spectators. Latin music in the "White" room; labeled that merely because of the decor... The main room changes nightly... call ahead. It's always dance but the music style changes. Sometimes they have live music and they are absolutely set up for it. Prices are a little higher than average but you get what you pay for! If it's not your scene one night, try a different night! Fun place for a private event. Do not think I would want to go on a regular weekend however as the "club scene" no longer appeals to me though. Bartender was nice and they will make you just about whatever you order.

Good Karaoke room. There is also the other 2 rooms playing different types of music, usually hip-pop or Latin. Recent changes have slightly reduce the dance floor area to accommodate VIP tables.
