Good quality product at a reasonable price and we love the butterfly leaf for when we have company.  And the customer service is outstanding.  We've had bad experiences before with products shipped in pieces to be assembled, but the owners and staff at Trithi made my initial dismay at receiving a defective table (due to errors in shipping, not the product itself) completely disappear.  They were courteous, helpful, sent a new table even before receiving back the damaged one and made everything more than right at the end.  Trithi customers can have every confidence that-- in cases where damage occurs in shipping-- Trithi will help to correct and provide a quality product.  Just don't tear up and discard the packaging until you're sure your product is all in order!

TriThi chairs are solid wood.  They are quite comfortable to sit on and with great back support.   Their prices are very reasonable for solid wood.  I would rather pay a little more for these quality solid wood chairs knowing that they will last for many years to come.
