If you want organic anything for bedding please come to this place.  The mattresses are amazing and the widest selection I could find in the portland area.  They also have beautiful wool bedding and blankets.  They have a really cute kids section as well.  We bought our king and twin mattresses here and love them.

Purchased an OMI fusion mattress here in November. The mattress is lovely, but the service was even better. Stephanie and Magdalena were extremely helpful in trying to navigate all the differences in mattresses and helping us pick the right one. When they heard that we were without a bed, they even arranged with the owner Dennis to get us a loaner while the one we ordered was being made and shipped. I highly recommend Plank and Coil. A better option by far than shopping on line.

What an amazing furniture store! Everything is sustainably crafted, and the designers/manufacturers they work with are very high quality and environmentally friendly. Don't expect standard furniture store prices, most items here will run into the thousands but they will last a lifetime.
