Garbage customer service. I got a voicemail at my branch, and the call center did not fax requested information to my employer so I could get paid. Do not go here if customer care is important to you.

I come here monthly at drive through and i always wait 3 minutes then have to blow my horn for any attention only to wait again. This been going for years and i am done. I live close but now i rather start sending bill by mail. Worst drive through experience anywhere.

I used this branch as a shared branch and would never open an account at this location because the employees are very rude. None of them seems to be happy working at this Tropical FCU location. Also, to withdraw your own funds they respond as though the funds belong to someone else and your are trying to steal or get away with something. I prefer to do online banking or drive a few miles to the branch in Miramar rather than use this branch. I hope management will implement some Customer Service training for this group of people unless it's "management" that is the problem.

Have used this branch just recently. Assistant branch manager is professional and accommodating.   Nicely located, clean, and friendly.
