Sun Trust branch Coral Springs (1890 N University). Returned a requested call three times and was put on hold each time for 5 minutes. Lousy customer relations. I refuse to deal with a bank that doesn't value my patronage. There are too many other banking alternatives to waste my time putting up with their inefficiency!

Kind of like the commercials u see on tv i was there 5 mins after they closed but they unlocked the door and helped me with my transaction.

No one bothers to answer the phone at the branch. I tried for almost an hour during normal business hours. I had to call the corporate office in Atlanta to patch me through to someone.

They . their bankers , answering the phone are F ups . They don't have and business ids so this is F the customer or would be customers .
