I don't understand why this branch has such a low rating. The branch manager is possibly the sweetest, most radiant, and uplifting person I've ever seen in a bank. The tellers are so friendly and polite. If the line to the tellers gets any longer than 3, sometimes 4 people they'll pull other people to help. I come here every morning for business and I've NEVER, and do mean never seen any of the staff display any sort of emotion except a sense of happiness to help you. Don't let these ratings discourage you from coming inside. One of my favorite features here is the ATM with Teller Assist, which can help you with anything you need in regards to your accounts, with the exception of depositing or withdrawing coins. The Bank Teller you get connected to via the machine is in clear visual format with fantastic audio, and they're always in the United States. There's also tellers available that speak the common foreign languages found in South Florida. The great thing about this machine is you can get in, and out of the back usually twice as fast as going through the line.

Came in to do a time sensitive wire xfer. There were a few people in front of me. Sr VP Helen G, , sensing my urgency, took me to her office and did the xfer herself. She was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks Helen!

No one ever answers the phone tried literally 40 times not one time did someone answer or tell me to hold, walked into branch 20 mins after i pl ed all the phone calls half of the people in there were bullshitting with each other

I have to agree with a few of the other reviews. This branch just dosent have the atmosphere that other boa's have. Drive throug atm is offline a lot.
