I want to give a shout out to Elsy Aviles in the Miramar Branch who was a great help on getting me a copy of my car title which was lost. She was very knowledgeable on what to do and gave me step by step instructions on the procedure. Thank you again, Elsy for your help and patience, I know this took a long time to get done. You are awesome!!
Jahira, the Assistant Mgr, is customer focused, professional and very knowledgeable. She is a can do, let's resolve your issues.Unlike other she does not present roadblocks. I leave satisfied and smiling ,even when the problems were self created, after being served by this outstanding employee. Need many more like her.l
I reached out to Tropical Financial for a lease buyout loan. Initially, my experience was positive. Doing the online application and the subsequent submittal of paperwork was pretty easy and straightforward. I was immediately approved. Unfortunately, the final process to close on the loan was very disappointing and extremely frustrating. It was difficult to get someone to respond to calls or emails. Addionally, I was given misinformation which delayed my closing for almost 1 week. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit, at least not in loan processing/consulting departments. Luckily, I finally was able to speak with Jahira who is an assistant manager at the Miramar location. She was very professional and helpful. She was able to get the ball rolling and made the closing happen. If this review was only for her, I would give her 5 stars but overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
Do not consider this entity for a financial need. In the first weeks of January I applied for a car loan and was approved but after a week battling the loan was denied claiming that the vehicle was older than 2015 or that according to them it had high miles this is the second time they do this This financial institution discriminates against small businesses, or used car dealers,and the self-employed, or contractors,limiting itself to only a select group of clients. Do not do any business with them

Cannot speak highly enough about Luis Noack helped me from start to finish. He followed up with the other departments to make sure my loan was moving through the pipeline in a timely manner. Would highly recommend working with him

Natacha was wonderful! She assisted me with opening a savings account and HSA. Quick efficient and received my HSA and debit the card the same day.
My service was quick. Representative was very professional, very knowledgeable, I was in and out in no time. Nice conversation. Very friendly. Love this location.
Iv been with tropical since 2012 and never any problems. One teller that I didn't get her name and it was the first time I've every seen her at this branch question me on a deposit that i made I was taken by it that I reported her to the manager which I have never done. I have 2 mortgages savs,cking,loan and all was finance my car loans with them. Left and open an accounts with space coast. Will be moving accounts. She was very unprofessional and nosey.
