We Florida Financial, formerly City County Credit Union, has been Broward County's credit union since 1952. Today, we serve individuals and businesses in 46 Florida counties, from Jacksonville to Key West. We are a not-for-profit cooperative owned by our members, who get to earn more and keep more of their money by banking with us.

After trying 3 times to reach someone on different days just to set up my loan account and each call being on hold/waiting for 30 plus mins. I email the contact link with no response after a 4 days after trying to call. I finally get a person on the phone and they can’t take my payment because I have to pay by Check. In this day and age who uses checks to pay for anything other then corporate offices. I’ll be refinancing ASAP as this is not a bank for anyone under 75 to deal with.

Calling for online login help. The phone will ring 20 times before sending you to an automatic answering system. If it is on an automatic answering system then why must it ring for 5 minutes straight? Then after the machine finally answers once you click your desired selection it disconnects you and when you call back you have to again wait the 5 minutes of straight ringing in your ear. Most inefficient customer service I have ever experienced.

After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I finally get my phone call answered! and the rudest representative NAMED CHRISSY! I have EVER DELT with. She could not answer my question so I asked her to transfer my call to someone that could and she refused to. I told her I would report her to someone and then she quickly acted like she would transfer me to a manager and then hung up the phone. I am so disappointed in this company!

Just waited over 45 minutes trying to see if my automobile loan would automatically come out of my other account, I completed the form 2 weeks ago they are suppose to call you ( GOOD LUCK WITH THAT) I wait they tell me they tell me to hold after waiting the 45 minutes to get hung up on, not once but two different occasions, now I see why the rate was so low for my loan, I recommend paying a bit more to get satisfactory customer service

What a headache bank!!! Was charged a card replacement fee because teller inputted incorrect address information and they telly me they "may" return the card replacement fee?!?!

I LOVE THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!!! The tellers are awesome. I miss this bank since I moved. No need to look any further for a bank
