We just purchased a Ford Focus Hatchback today.  We were doing some price and feature comparisons with other models.  Michael Torres, our salesperson, was exceptional.  His no pressure approach made us feel very comfortable that he was being honest and not just telling us what would get the sale.  In the end, he helped us get an incredible deal on the car we were looking at, and then he spent lots of time helping us get acquainted with the vehicle and making sure everything was perfect. My first visit to this location. Customer service wasn't anything to rave and write a review about, (hence only 4-Stars) but the auto technician that serviced my car was very thorough in the vehicle inspection. Didn't try to recommend service or parts I didn't need since I already knew my vehicle is mechanically sound. Tech could tell my brakes have already been replaced, air filter relatively clean, tires are good and wearing evenly. He did find a nail in one of my tires. I took care of that right away. Tech really checked my fluids, fuel system, filters, belts and hoses. My car checks out in all 'green' for a 2006 Lincoln. Thanks, dude!

Wow.!! Ford has some nice cars. I was surprised on how they stepped up their game. The edge is extremely nice.  They have a nice  small crossover called an ecosport that looks great inside and out. All modern features, and the focus has some really nice sports models a little expensive but top of the line. Good job ford! Will heavily be considered as a next car.

We recently visited Tropical Ford to purchase an F150 truck and were served by Michael Torres. Michael was excellent, his approach to selling was very refreshing. He afforded a lot of time getting to know exactly what we were looking for in a truck and to ensure we were happy with our choice. We were originally going to look at what other dealers could offer but Michael’s non pushy approach and attention to detail sealed the deal. Thanks for all your help.

Just want to say that Mr Gaylon has been the best service Manager that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.. He has gone above and beyond for a few issues that I have had with 2 of my  tow trucks. A true hands on Manager and always kept in contact. I hope Tropical Ford appreciates the leader that he is. You Sir, Technicians, and service coordinators that you lead have earned my business no matter what.. Thank you guys...
