One of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had when it comes to doing laundry. I'm not a fan of doing a family of 5 laundry but this place makes everything so easy. Washers & dryers are new and works fantastic. The whole place is kept impeccable at all times, and jasmine makes the environment feels so light & fun. She's always smiling and taking care of the business & customers with such a bubbly personality that it really is contagious. Every time I go there & she's working I leave in such good spirits.

My washing machine went out about 3 months ago. Our family of 4 obviously HAD to have clean clothes, so I tried Tropical because it is close to my house. Let me tell you what.. I am MORE THAN 100% satisfied with this facility. It is air conditioned, SUPER clean, and the staff is so nice and helpful. Yasmin is always cleaning something! Dusting, wiping fingerprints off the front of the washers/dryers. She stays busy and keeps this place on point! My husband was going to buy me a new washer and I told him not to even bother because I enjoy going there so much. Both my electric and water bills have gone down significantly. They even offer daily specials! I won't be purchasing a new washer anytime soon and I'll continue to enjoy my weekly visit.

yesterday I went to do my laundry here for the fist time and I have to say I had the best customer service I've had in a very long time. Jazmine helped me to get the right washer for my loads and she was overall very helpful and very charming. the laundry itself is in great shape, the bathrooms are super clean, very good environment. I highly recommend this place and no need to say they gained a faithful customer.

Finally found a great spot for washing my clothes. The people are very pleasant and helpful that work here. Very clean place which is a plus as well as washer and dryers work well. Prices and services are reasonable as well which helps when your on a budget each month. I will continue coming back. Thankyou to all who manage because its hard to find a place that has all the qualities I just listed. We need more businesses like this.

This was the most pleasant experience I ever had at a laundromat. I was greeted by Jasmin, and she was smiling, laughing and very helpful. I did a drop off laundry service, my first time there, and she was extremely helpful. Two hours later I returned and my clothing was done, folded, on hangers and smelled great. I would highly recommend this service and highly recommend Jasmin as the person to deal with. Thank you Tropical Laundry and thank you Jasmin.
