Great experience with John, down to earth real honest, patient, trustworthy, country gentleman. Would not want to buy anywhere else. They really do care about customers. He knows exactly what's on the lot. I would recommend all customers here.

They care about their customers and treat them respectfully. They listen to the customer needs and won't sell you something just to make a profit. A very well run family business.

Our first experience with Tropical RV was when we wanted to trade in our 21’ Travel Trailer for something bigger.  We had visited about a dozen or so RV lots, and either didn’t care for the prices, or the floorplan of the RV’s in stock.  We pulled into Tropical, and met Paul.  We told Paul we are pretty specific on what we were looking for, and he stated, feel free to look around.  Paul kept an eye on us in case we had questions, and let us roam around freely without any pressure.  We actually found an RV we liked and started talking about cost.  In our conversations, we stated everything was perfect with the RV except the bedroom.  Although that wasn’t a show stopper, Paul showed us a brochure of an RV they would be getting in the next 2 weeks.  Basically the same floor plan, and cost, but the bedroom layout was better.   Paul stated, give me your number and I’ll call you when it comes in.  As we left, I laughed thinking all the other RV lots we had been too, did everything they could to get us to buy that day no matter what.  Now we have a salesperson that cares more about getting us the perfect RV instead of making a sale.  
We did return two weeks later, and purchased the RV Paul had showed us the brochure of.  Not only did I get the best trade in offer from any of the other RV lots, I also got an incredible price on our new RV.  Even when I searched nationally for our specific model of RV we bought, we could not find a better price.  In fact, they were almost $10K cheaper than the major RV dealers.  They helped us finance the new RV, and paid off our old RV loan.  After the sale, they spent nearly an hour explaining how everything works and answering all our questions.   
The bottom line, if you are interested in purchasing a 5th wheel, or Travel trailer, do yourself a favor, visit Tropical RV and ask for Paul.  Everyone we met on our trips there went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect.  A great family owned business that puts customers first.

Very nice people work there. No push to buy, We got a Great deal on our fifth wheel and love it. They stand behind their rvs

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you are looking for a new or used RV, travel trailer, pop-up camper, or fifth wheel.  They have a GREAT selection  AND  you can browse the lot at your own leisure … WITHOUT the fear of high pressure sales.  As a matter of fact, Paul was exactly the opposite ... he made me feel like part of the family throughout the whole experience...  It’s like a Mom and Pop shop with great prices and NO B.S. !!!  Cindy, Jim, Joey, Anthony, and Paul made my experience easy and pleasant!    I will never go anywhere else! 

 (And it's true! There are no "hidden costs" or "dealer fees" like there are at the other places)
