My company was renting equipment on a regular basis from this location (multiple rentals a month). Twice in the past week they have charged us unauthorized charges. Avoid this location!!! Keep driving to a different one unless you have time to have your bank reverse charges that even uhaul cant justify or explain. Horrible service from the staff.

Terrible experience. Paid close to $450 to have a hitch installed, made a reservation, drove 45 minutes to the place and was told I would have to wait quite awhile to have the work done even though I made a 2:00 PM appointment. Was told they added several people in front of me so.....just too bad for me. No phone call or anything explaining they were behind schedule. I don't plan on using this location again with such BAD service. I should have paid attention to the LACK OF STARS. If it wasn't for the male and female working the counter I would give them a minus 3.

If excuses were money, they would be millionaires. Apparently appointments mean nothing to them. This was my third and final attempt at having a trailer hitch installed. I should had first read these other reviews. Go to Tommy's in Vero Beach instead.
