I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota Camry SE from Bev Smith Toyota in Fort Pierce. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. The car is in excellent condition and drives like new!

      I had some unique circumstances after purchasing the vehicle and the Staff at Bev Smith Toyota was very understanding and addressed all of my concerns in a timely and professional manner. It was a real pleasure buying from Bev Smith Toyota and I would highly recommend them to anyone  looking for a quality dealership with integrity.

My indicator light was on all day so I took my Toyota Camry to get checked out.  Tim in service was very attentive. He took the initiative to check the tire pressure on all four tires. He said it was an easy fix, and took my vehicle to the back to get it taken care of FAST.  Now that's what I call excellent customer service! More of a reason for me to want to continue giving Toyota my business.  Thank you Tim for going the EXTRA MILE! :)

Mr. Ivan Rivera was an awesome Salesman.  He was funny, courteous, kind and very Professional.  He is a great asset to you company.  I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone that wants to buy a Toyota.

Mr. Patrick England was also awesome.  He is a great asset to your company also.  He was very professional, kind, courteous and funny also.  Please make sure that both of these gentleman keep their jobs. 

I will stop by to see them sometimes.

I honestly would give them a rating of zero stars if I could. I called this morning about a Highlander I saw on their website with no pricing information. The woman on the phone, Andrea, put me on hold for quite some time and returned to the line to tell me the price and that she had to go to the back to find out because they just got the car in yesterday. I called twice after that to try to set up an appointment to come see the car, but each time was never connected to the right person. We showed up at the dealership at 7:30, after my husband got home from work, to see the car. After the sales people tried to locate the car they tell us that another salesman sold the car a couple of weeks ago. Can someone tell me how a car that came in yesterday was sold a couple of weeks ago?? I do NOT trust this dealership. Very poorly run - and probably understaffed up front as they always seemed in a hurry and not really interested in helping me with my needs. Will definitely be taking our business somewhere else and will not be recommending this dealership to our friends. What a waste of time!

We took our 4runner to the service department for some recall work. We have always had a good experience with the service department. My husband decided to look at a Tacoma. Needless to say we drove off the lot with our 4runner and a new/used truck. Charley was a no pressure salesman and literally worked his tail off for us. Their was a little hiccup with the finance portion after a couple of days, but the dealership made it right. I would absolutely recommend this dealership! Going forward we will be doing business with them.
