Worst experience.. I ordered a half sandwich & basic smoothie combo which is like $7.. but she asked if I wanted a side so I just figured she was charging me for a whole which was okay so the total was about $11. It was about 8:50 so they close in 10mins, I was basically thrown my sandwich and smoothie and she immediately locked the window... My sandwich was a half and no side and the smoothie was not even what I ordered AT ALL. I questioned where the side was and she said a half doesn't come with a side.... So why was my order $11?????? She basically said sorry and closed the window. Horrible customer service, and they lost me as a customer.

Absolutely terrible experience. Lack of urgency among all of the staff. Out of the last 3 times I have gone to this location they have messed up my order 2 times. I have worked in the restaurant business for 2 years and understand that mistakes happen but tonight they messed up 4 orders while I was there. They waste so much food by their mistakes. Also when they do mess up they do not apologize for the inconvenience of having to wait even longer. The staff is not friendly at all. When you walk in they couldn't seem more bothered. This past experience I witnessed a worker make a wrap with no gloves on and then to touch her face with her hands, and then continue to make the wrap. It took 20 minutes to make a wrap and smoothie. I was the only person in the restaurant or drive thru at the time.

The drink is okay this time when I ordered my favorite Bahamas mama. The last time was too sweet!
