This Starbucks is a short walk from my home, and I'm a graduate student, so I visit often! Pros: friendly staff, always clean, consistent quality & service. Cons: Not my favorite layout, hard to get a table and the drive-thru line gets very long during busy times.

Employees are having a hard time fixing drinks in a timely manner. Also I keep getting the wrong drink or my drink made wrong. 🤐😕😞😒👎👎

Takes forever at this location! Order is rarely ever correct. I constantly have to remind the employees of the ingredients in the drink, if I don't, they leave out espresso etc. They seem lazy, unhappy, and like they don't even care if they have a job! Daniels Parkway is so much better, and the employees are friendly and fast with orders. Don't waste your time and money at The Forum.

Service is always fast, and employees are nice. However, I've had incorrect drinks multiple times (always from the drive through window). The one time I caught the error before driving away, it was quickly remedied, and the window operator apologized profusely.

In ALL of the Starbucks I have been to all over the country, and I spend about $300 a month just on Starbucks, I have never once had to raise my voice at the baristas. That is until now. I am not going into detail, I would have a novela of a review. Bad service, dirty and incompetent are the best words for my experience.
