This location has had its bumps, and I think they could get a few more employees in but it seems to be getting WAY better! I always see the new manager in the store, every time I come in she greets me and always remembers my name and order! The speed of service even seems better. I’m happy to see this location picking up especially since it’s not far from my job! Kudos to new management!!!!

The staff at this location did an excellent job during a busy time of the day. (Even with certain customers taking 10+ minutes  modifying their order) things went smoothly and everything came out within a timely fashion. Sierra/Ciara did an outstanding job keeping the line going, as well as handling things in a professional manner when an obnoxious customer tried getting in her face multiple times. I've been to this location several times and the staff have always been friendly and efficient. They've got a good crew, and I'll be back again for sure.

I'm going to be honest, this location needs better management! I use the app to order my food and I love Tropical Smoothie foods and smoothies which is why I continue to order even with the terrible services. Today they pushed me past my limit! Every time I order from this location I have to set my pick up time at least 10-15 minutes ahead of when I will actually pick up my food and even then I often wait 5 minutes. Today was no different but when I got all the way back to work I realized my sandwich which is the Turkey Dijion with apple slaw sandwich had only apple slaw on it (That's it nothing else, just bread and apple slaw). When I called the number for the location I was sent directly to voicemail and guess what it was full so I couldn't leave a message. This is just unreasonable and this location needs new management!

Definitely needs help with adding more employees. One person in front of me and it tooked them 20 minutes for a shake. Nice people but very SLOW! Not the first time this happen though.

I go here as often as time and budget allow. I love the app... I am able to order and pay before I even arrive, at which point my smoothies are already expertly concocted and waiting.
