Best Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. Staff is amazing, so friendly, & they provide awesome customer service. Huge thumbs up for the best smoothie place in town.

First time, Eating here, I tried one of tropical smoothie cafe’s salad, ugh! Im sorry no disrespect intended, i was appalled, the lack of quality, and effort put into the salad was shameful. From the toppings which was chicken, cheese, tomato, and Parmesan, and lettuce, it was thrown together, dont let me start on the salad dressing, ,however the staff are decent , they don't seem unfriendly, but they arent super welcoming either, they’re decent, they seem to stay busy, i wont say dont eat here, i will say try it because all taste buds arent the same.
I hadn't been here in a while because the smoothies are so gigantic that I can never really finish, but the Avocolada was calling my name today, so my coworker and I went. My smoothie looked a lot darker green than usual but I tried it anyway and it tasted like a spinach juice with little of the other flavors coming through. I asked the person on the register if they had changed the recipe and he said, 'No, I'm so sorry if it's not right, would you like it remade?" I did and the kid making it asked me if it was the right amount of spinach as he was making it and the other kid, who seemed like a manager, told him to add more of some of the other stuff. It then came out perfect as I remember. All of the kids working were so gracious and nice. The customer service was great. Another manager even came out of the back where she was working to check if the two kids, who appeared to smoothies. new, needed another helper making the smoothies. It was pretty busy and I was really impressed with how they handled it. Keep up the Great service!
I asked for extra sugar in my smoothie and the cashier shot me in the kneecap with a shotgun shattering the bone. I respect the integrity the employees here have.
Being in the food industry at a young age myself, I saw that these kids were working hard and aiming to please! My beach bum smoothie was made by, Camrin who did an amazing job from start to finish. She’s my favorite! A born leader and an asset to this franchise!
Don’t put apples in smoothie’s anymore?? I’ve always gotten it that way. I used to be a General Manager for Tropical. This place has gone down hill. Long waits, out of things, employees are pretty rude, no personality, no smiling.
I think this is the first bad review I have ever written, but my service at this location today was so terrible. I placed my order for food and smoothies- food was done quickly and accurately. I stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for the smoothies that went with my order. The employees making smoothies were hammering out to-go/online orders fine they were ahead of me, but I started to become irritated when people that came after me continued to get their smoothie orders filled while I just stood there awkwardly waiting for mine. No one asked if I was being helped even though they made eye contact me several times. It was as if they were ignoring me on purpose. Finally I spoke up asking if they skipped me or something when the employees were just cleaning up and not making orders. No real apology, no explanation- made my smoothies after telling her what I ordered. The employee did not make enough smoothie to fill all 3 cups they were all the same kind and asked if she wanted me to make more. At this point I had already been there for about a half hour, so I said no thanks and left. Very disappointed- so much so I felt the need to write a review.
I absolutely love the team here! They’re so kind, fun and make everything to perfection! Sammi is my absolute favorite! Always so efficient and kind! I will always come here for my smoothies! Definitely keep this crew of kids because they’re AMAZING!!!
