I really was a fan of firehouse subs and have been going to the Woodhaven one since it opened. I visited today for the last time. I was a huge fan of the steak and cheese but today I paid $12.17 for a sub and chips. The last time I was there it was $11.00 rounded up for the firemen. I watched the cook put my sub on the counter for the window lady to hand it to me. It sat there for probably 8 to 10 minutes before she finally handed it to me. I was actually thinking how bad I felt for whoever’s food that was and then she handed it to me. The bread was so soggy and there was so much mayo on it. I couldn’t eat it. I picked off the steak and since there wasn’t enough to make another sandwich I gave it to the dog. This place has gone so far down hill. I’m not spending any more money there.
By far the best sub shop in the state! Everything i’ve ordered has been delicious. The employees are always kind. 10/10 every time.
Has a sign that says lobby open, went to go to get my pickup order. They have the door locked and tell me go through the drive thru, had to wait 20 mins behind someone who just ordered in the drive thru. Kind of redundant to order ahead to pick it up fast, then you wait as if you just ordered, but your food isnt as hot
The most disappointing 3” I’ve ever experienced and sadly that’s saying something.
I have never had their food,, but whenever I have picked up lunch for work crews they always requested Firehouse subs. Orders have ALWAYS been correct.
Paid $30 for 2 subs. Got my order home. Super bummed. The brisket sub was fine. I got tuna. The attendant asked if I wanted tomato and Lettuce and onion and mustard on it too. I excitedly agreed. Asked if we both wanted a pickle on the side. Yes please! No pickles. No toppings on the tuna sub and I had to add my own tuna because there was barely any on it. I've tried calling 3 times to complain because if not properly compensated I won't be going back. They aren't answering the phone. It's 1pm on a Tuesday.
Wanted to try them for awhile now completely disappointed they use less ingredients than subway and that's pretty bad in my opinion altho the food was great tasting witch earned them an extra star from me but I won't be going back
First time. The two subs we got were really good. We ordered on line but had to go through the drive thru to pick upbthe order. The line moves slow and our order sat waiting for us. I understand the dynamic of the inside not being open but it still impacts the experience.
I'm usually not a review guy and to be honest most people who write reviews are just being inconsiderate and overdramatic. However, I paid $15 for a sub and drink combo that was genuinely bad. I've been going to this Firehouse for over 4 years and have always had an excellent sub. Unfortunately, I can't even say the sub was mediocre this time, it was just bad. I believe the meat was borderline spoilt, the lettuce was brown, WAY to much dressing was applied and the soda was essentially tasteless/flat. All for $15??? I'm sorry but that might be the last time I go to this Firehouse.
The food was delicious. The staff was very nice. They were clearly understaffed but did an amazing job. I was in from out of town. Thanks for making it pleasurable.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: Yes
