Great place. They don’t just have bagels. The sandwiches are awesome. Tuesday bagel deal is my go to. The coffees aren’t bad at all. The chocolate croissant is a must have.

Love the breakfast baked goods  I got the chocolate croissant, bear claw, pecan braid, brownie and scone. Get them early morning because they are fresh.Recommended dishesCroissant

This place is soooooo bad! Like huge ick factor! Food was ok. But it was the eating area that grossed us out the most! Dishes piled to the brim, not one table has been cleaned, trash all over the ground, and the walls have stuff spilled all over them! Just seeing how they leave their lobby makes me question how clean their kitchen is!

The soup is one of my favorite choices here at Panera and it is so good.  I enjoy the selection from the many sandwiches and soups to the pastries.  There is always something to suit my mood.  They halve Pepsi products as well as a selection of teas and coffees.Food: 5/5

I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and as you can see from the picture the bowl i got was in half, seemed like they gave me someones left over food. I went straight from drive through inside the store and the manager on duty  told me " thats how it comes", , i just asked them to make a new one, which they did, but the manager attitude and the other employees was like i was requesting something special. Even the new one they made doesnt look even close to what Panera promotes.

great mac but bathroom is dirty very cold inside there lobby very unclean tables still have food on crumbs under tables very unsanitary don’t think that Panera follows the covid 19 cleaning protocol use to love this one but rather go to the East lansing location then this one not the same friendly Panera used to know anymore  Kid-friendliness: not a place for kids though but more laid back kind like central perk friends style also great place to study love the Panera especially near msu campus over this one when I’m home visiting

Panera Bread is one of my favorite spots to grow up late to eat. Whether it be coming in for a bagel and cream cheese or coming in for a hot cup of soup and a sandwich, they never disappoint. The food is always delicious and hot. I also like that they are so involved in the community.  This location is always very busy and it is hard to get a seat during peak hours.

Second time here. The lady taking my order always rushes me. Then I got a bacon, sunny side up and cheese sandwich. No bacon and the egg was not runny. Dry as all hell.  Coffee always taste the same no matter what different drink you order. I want my money back.

I had heard such great things.  Maybe it is good to some people, but to me this salad was iceberg and salad dressing with some chicken on top.  It was just another place to eat.  Clean and friendly staff, but I’ll save my money.

Had a great experience here. I believe the girl who helped me was Jewell. Coffee was great. Muffin tasted a bit older. Scone was great! I accidentally exited through the main entrance, not seeing the direction arrows on the floor. Otherwise a cheerful experience.
