The food is pretty good but the portion sizes are getting smaller. I paid 6.50 for a wrap that is tiny. It isn't anywhere close to being big enough for a full meal. I came out of the gym hungry and I'll leave Tropical Smoothie still hungry. :(

I went to Tropical  Smoothie Saturday usually try the Bahama mama. Bridget convinced   me to triple  berry oat it was amazing just like her :)  Good people very energetic.

Don't usually do this but really???? Went in and got the same wrap I always get from another location which comes with a side (No shame here but I always got a cookie) after getting a cookie and sitting at my table for a few minutes the counter girl comes to tell me the manager said a cookie wasn't an option for a side, and straight took it out of my hands, and put it right back with the others. I've never seen something so unsanitary as that in person at a tropical cafe or ANY restaurant for that matter. It doesn't help that they were flying the big "under new management" flag outside the front door. I personally won't return to that location since i don't want to eat food that has been in other people's hands, especially being next door to a hospital which I just came out of. My wife works in the hospital and warned me it wasn't like the one on Immokolee Rd, and after this incident and one bite of my wrap, I realized she was so nothing but 100% correct.

Tropical Smoothie is a health minded restaurant. It has the benefit of fast food service for those days you want to grab a quick healthy meal alternative. It doesn't have fast food prices. A meal for two, smoothie included, will cost you about $25. They have an app available to download that can be used to collect points at every visit. Points can be accrued for reward dollars. You get $5 on your rewards as a welcome when you use it the first time & another $5 everytime you spend $55. You can also add a credit card for easy pay in the store! No need to even bring your wallet! If you don't want to go in, there is also a drive up window. All in all it can easily become a favorite place to eat! The food is great! They serve Sandwiches, Flatbreads, Wraps, Salads & Smoothies. Enjoy!
