Shakes where pretty good. Young staff was lazy and uneducated with their product.

The staff is unnecessarily rude every time I come into the store ( normally it's a different girl every time ) they never greet me or say hello they just stand there waiting for me to place my order they never say thank you or have a nice day once they hand me my receipt and I watch them treat different customers better than they treat me . Really unprofessional. As far as the smoothies they never taste the same, they are either too  thick, too watery, or all ice. Super disappointed.

Super disappointed in this place. It's like in the last month they haven't cared about making their smoothies correctly. Today I ordered a Watermelon Mojito and it tastes nothing like what it describes, "a refreshing blend of watermelon, strawberry, lime, and mint." I had it the first week it came out and it was just as described, yet now it tastes like they stuck whatever was left from another smoothie and threw half the ingredients in it. Not even a tiny hint of mint in this drink. Yesterday my friend came in and ordered a smoothie and told them she had a Blueberry allergy. They didn't clean the blender well and gave her the drink. She ended up having a reaction from it. Sad and very frustrating that it feels like the workers don't care.
