Robert King · October 30, 2017 30 years of dealing with trop was not all bad but the way I was treated today was unacceptable. The girl at the counter was rude and very nasty and believe me, I'm being nice. I know the store across the street is putting you out of business but don't take it out on your customers. I will never step foot in that door again and I will make sure everyone I know in this business will not be shopping there either.

Great selection, good price but dont ask the employees aquarium related questions, they will readily give out uneducated answers. Not sure thay have all kept fish before. Makes this a great retail store but not a resource for fish keeping. Just one step abaove the chains like PETCO etc.

Used to be a great store. High prices but great selection. No idea what happened at this establishment. There coral dept looks empty like they are going out of business on a regular basis. They used too carry really high end fish like Rhomboid wrasses and Lineatus wrasses for example. There employee told me they aren't allowed to carry fish like that anymore. Ok... My Park bench has been moved across the street to Aquarium Care Center who values my business....

It's not fancy but the selection is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful! There's one particular woman who is a wealth of knowledge, I have mentioned minor problems to her and she always has a solution. I love getting freshwater plants from them. They sometimes run out of plants but often get in new shipments. All the plants I have purchased from them have done well and under their guidance have thrived in my tank. They also have purified water which for me is a must. I love them and will continue coming to them as long as they exist.

They have a huge fish selection both fresh and salt water and lots if accessory's. Great prices. Will be returning.
