Really appreciate the nice staff at Trotter— Toyota across from Mall and the Trotter Ford off Interstate. Trotter Toyota took good care of Lexus—my car and Trotter Ford delivered it to them directly on my behalf. The office staff were courteous as well as guys in the Shop. Raised well by their moms for sure!! Thoughtful, kept me posted entire time and explained things in detail. I will return again. Susan Reid

Our experience at Trotter Toyota was the very best. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked into the service department by friendly staff. Everyone we talked to was professional and courteous. The mechanic even talked to us about our vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and informed us of all he did. The price was less than we expected. Great service department. We will be back.

I had my 2016 Toyota Corolla taken away from me on Christmas Eve in a pending civil suit against my now ex-fiance. The staff went above and beyond to get me in a used vehicle. I'm just a little prejudice with my awesome nephew. William James (Bull) Ives. He is a great addition to the Trotter Family. Definitely 5 Stars!!!!

We have never had any car buying experience to be as enjoyable as the one we shared with Kris Patterson of Trotter Toyota. Any question we had, from the very beginning to the end, Kris was able to answer for us. He made us feel as if he was helping us to find a satisfactory vehicle for our wants and needs. He wasn't just trying to sell a vehicle. He was very professional, personable, courteous and approachable. He made an event we have always considered a real pain a pleasurable experience!

I can't even give it one star but had to so would post. Service department is awful from not ordering parts, following up on problem, to just not acting like they care to make the customer happy. Contacted them numerous times about air that is on passenger side and even noted there was an issue but next time we were told it was just the way Toyota was made. When the regional office contacted them they lied and said it was never recorded as an issue but I kept the documentation so that was lied about it. Still as of today we have a brand new vehicle that we are told the things wrong with it or things we will just have to live with! Toyota is supposed to Be better quality and the service department Is ruining that image.
