This laundromat has been degrading through 2017, and is unusable by 2018. The laundry machines are often out of service, the coin machines don't work half of the time, the dryer doors are broken. Today a dryer that wasn't labeled "out of service" (unlike almost all others) just ate my coins and didn't work. There's nobody to complain to either. The clothes smell really bad after cleaning. Don't bother going here at all.

The worst. They lost a shirt and the manager won't return my calls. This was 3 months ago and I've reached out five times.

At the location on 1244 Broadway in Somerville I found the washers to be dirty with wet hair and the dryers to be broken. Two of my quarters were stolen by broken dryers. I also found the hours of operation posted inside the establishment and outside the establishment to be false. They do not close at 10p but at 9:30p. If you love your clothing and sanitary conditions do not use this Laundromat.

I have been trusting them with my laundry for many years now (over 5) and they couldn't be more honest nor nicer to deal with.  My laundry comes back clean and neatly folded and they are always ready with a kind smile. When I have asked for special treatment for some of my clothes, they have followed my instructions (which were written) perfectly (in one case, asking for no bleach and a pre-treat cycle).   Good people.
