When I first went to pick up my shirt, they couldn't find it - turns out it was still at the cleaning facility, and was coming a day late. On another occasion I got a shirt back with a stain that wasn't there when I dropped it off. They tried re-cleaning it twice,  and BOTH times I had to point out to them that the stain was still there. Advice: when they tell you the manager will call you back ASAP, don't hold your breath either.

This is by far the worst dry cleaner I have ever gone to. The woman was rude when I dropped off my clothes - she seemed bothered to have to talk with me. I needed to pick them up before my flight on Saturday, and she said they would have them ready by Friday after 5pm, but they were closed before 7pm that day (7pm is the stated time of closing), did not answer any calls (the number goes straight to voicemail and no voicemails were returned), and I did not have them for my trip. Then, when I finally made it back to pick them up the following week, I showed up at 6:45pm and they had already locked the door and shut down the credit card machine. I was afraid I was never going to get my clothes back! She was rude again and said something to the tune of, 'most businesses close around the time that they're closing.' I don't know of any other business that closes so regularly before the posted time. Just change the posted time! She let me take them and asked if they could call me the next day to get my credit card information. Needless to say, I will never return and would highly discourage anyone else from going.

It's gentrified now. Used to be nice simple laundromat. Have no idea what it's like now as True Blue. I liked Kirkland laundry. When they removed the sink and put in efficiency machines I knew it wasn't for me anymore.
They do have a laundry service, cleaners and clothing repair (sewing, alterations) attached.

Shrank two pairs of pants and returned a shirt covered in what looked like hair. Then when I went back to get a refund, I was told that I would have to come back between 10 and 4 to talk to a manager. I have a full-time 9-5 job, so that's not possible. The managers either need to be around more or give the clerks the ability to give refunds. 

Plus, they were SO SLOW every time I went to drop things off--every other place is like "two pants, two blouses, okay bye!" and this place is a ten minute ordeal every time.

The laundromat has just been renovated and looks fantastic. All new machines. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful.
