I started using True Blue Cleaners about three months ago when I had a horrible experience with Dave's Cleaners (they picked up my clothes and then lost them - true story). The process of getting home pick up and delivery was incredibly easy - I went on the website, filled out a form and received a call the next morning with my account details. That night, one of their employees, Rick stopped by the house with my two bags, door hook and gave me his cell number and let me know that if I needed anything at all to let him know. (Seriously, when is the last time someone has gone above and beyond like this for you?) They are like clockwork - they pick up at 830am or earlier every Monday and Thursday and have my shirts looking amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend True Blue Cleaners to everyone I know that needs a reliable, customer focused laundering service. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. Great company and amazing service. Thank you!

I've been using True Blue for a few years now after they came through our neighborhood and explained their business and asked me to give them a try. I was bringing my dry cleaning to a local store and paying similar prices so this seemed worth trying. I have been entirely satisfied with their twice-weekly pickups and the quality of their cleaning. Their phone reminders the evening before pickup help keep me on schedule. All in all, I'm a happy customer.

I've been a customer over 6 months and I love the convenience of their service. Price is about the same as I was paying at a local place, but without the driving. Once there was an issue with a damaged shirt and they credited my account without an issue. To get 5 stars, I would like them to use less plastic covers, and plastic clips (for shirt sleeves) plus have an easy way to mark clothes that need stain remover.

The salesman was very nice and you could tell he really wanted us to give them a try. He even gave us a $20 credit to our account to give them a try. So we did - we gave him a men's suit to clean. It came out great and they delivered it when they said they would. I only gave four stars because I think they are a little pricey. We can get better prices at a local dry cleaner but if you need convenience and are willing to pay a little more for it, then you should give them a try.

This location serves Northern MA. Very convenient with pick up and drop off service at reasonable prices. They do a great job with my laundry and accommodate special requests. Christina is a pleasure to work with. Very customer focused and she follows up.
