Me and my husband are cared for by NP Breezy. We met her when she was a student at the Peoria office. When we found out that she was in the Sun City office we started seeing her there. I must say True Care MD and me and my husband are so LUCKY to have her care for us. She takes all the time we need to have all of our questions answered. We recommend her to our friends and family.  Best care and we love her

I left true care MD when I started seeing their NP Breezy. She didn't take my care seriously, she cancelled an appointment when I showed up to the office to receive care and promised she would call me back to reschedule. She never called me back. She didn't even bother to come out to address the issue herself and had the front desk lady tell me she couldn't see me. She literally could have called me thirty minutes before the appointment to let me know but she wasted my time. Dr. Lopez was good when I was seeing him but when they transferred my care to her it was absolute trash. I went elsewhere for my care.

The office doesn't answer phone calls, every time I call the recording tells me to leave a voicemail and nobody gets back to me. Very frustrating.

I love and trust these doctors with my life. They listen and truly care. I highly recommend Dr. Fala: he has helped me heal from terrible cystic acne and anxiety. He listens and always asks questions and looks for solutions not just pushing meds. My husband also sees him and my husband hates going to the doctor! Thanks Dr. Fala. You've got two patients for life
