They canceled me...while I was in a cab on the way there. So, it cost me money to be canceled.

 I will own that I scheduled at the last minute - and their first time slot. 

 I was going to show up only 15 minutes early not 30 min- because I didn't want to wait around before they were open. 

Their posted hours are the same as their first appointment. How was I supposed to show up early?

I was told I'd have to wait at least 90+ min for the next available slot. No mention of a discount. 

Barely a sorry. I would have been happy to have my time cut down.

So disappointing. Instead I'm going to try a competitor.

As a first time floater, it was a great experience. Even being the rare case that got nauseous and threw up, I do believe my boyfriend and I will be going back. I slept the best I ever had that night and boyfriend who has chronic pain was in no pain the following day.

Take your money to a different float spa in vegas, truly terrible ownership. Should have stayed the Nevada float centers because as soon as this new ownership of true rest happened I've only had problems with them, and sketchy business changing terms and what is said at random is absolutely ridiculous. The staff the usually handles customers is perfectly fine, they are all very nice and helpful, but as soon as you have to talk with the higher ups is when the problems start. I got a membership when they were switching from float centers to true rest, there were specific terms about cancel policies that were highlighted to me that I took note of as not to forget, well I never was sent these in my email as it was suppose to be, the terms highlighted were that they asked that you cancel 30 days in advance. Well unless they switched their policies without telling me that was not included in the new copy they sent me which now said I had to pay a final month to cancel. As I'm talking to management I'm told if I don't want to pay for one more month (which would not include a float) I could just deduct a float to my account since that is equivalent in value. Well this was not the case what so ever. So I say yes instead of charging me again for nothing just take a float off so it's as if I canceled last month. Well ownership is emailing me about this and suddenly they are not equal in value, now I'm being explained that deducting a float is a penalty for not paying the final month, and that if I paid the final month I would have had all my floats. Again something that was explained as the complete opposite and switched just because. The owner is a shady business owner and whether or not she just doesn't explain things right to her employees, or is just in it to get people's money, I would never do business with this company again, and wish I had started floating at one of the many other companies in Las vegas. The worse part is when I emailed them they barely even answer my questions, they just continue to re explain what I already understand instead of answer my simple question when I asked a out the difference in options for cancelling.

The family and I went for our first float last night after a coworker referred me here. It was amazing. I was very stressed out from work and needed some relaxation. The hour long float was fantastic. Something I have never experienced before in my life. I've been to massage parlors and this leaves your body feeling much better and way more relaxed. I am sold. I cannot wait to go back for my second float. Thank you so much guys.

Went in for my first float and I really enjoyed the experience. For those new to floating, I read online what to expect and while I wasn't in the "zen" of it, I loved soaking in a big tub of salt for an hour! My body loved it for many days after. It was so soft. I did relax though and enjoyed it, just saying for those that don't zen out, it's great.
