I've been a member of the TruStone Financial Credit Union for a number of years. My overall experience with them has been outstanding. My rating will change to 5 Stars when TruStone once again offers an online payment system, which made life so much easier for me. They're working on it.

I was charged in error by a hotel. I was then assessed 5 $30 overdraft fees. I contacted the bank and the hotel. The hotel refunded the original charge. I then contacted Trustone about the overdraft fees. I was told they would refund 2 of the 5 fees. They "recognized that this was not my fault" however, they were willing to allow me, the customer, to still be charged 3 fees. Then they wanted to offer me more lines of credit. That's ridiculous!

Super financial organization I left Wells Fargo and came to Trustone Financial when they opened up in Golden Valley. Service is fantastic they care about their customers. Gave me a great interest rate on three vehicles and I am very happy I made the change.

Switched from TCF one year ago. Love this place. Super helpful and value their customers.

Consistently Incredibly Poor Service. Every time I call the wait time is over 20 minutes. But the last straw was when they lost a signed legal document I mailed to them that was difficult for me to replace. I was told the employee was on vacation when it arrived and it was "lost while he was out."
