My shed looks like a mini house.  Love it!  Maria was so nice and sweet!  She was a pleasure to work with. Renee who I spoke  to on the phone with was very polite and informative. The men who installed the shed worked non stop and did such quality work.  I feel like we have added real value to our property!!!

We researched all the options for storage sheds.  We wanted a sturdy, wooden building with paint and shingles that matched our house.  We also wanted to be able to customize the shed with the features that were important to us (e.g., size, windows, shelving, ventilation, etc.).  Quality of materials and construction were also important to us, as was the overall appearance of the building.  After considering the other options, we settled on a Tuff Shed.  We couldn't be happier with the result!  Every point of contact we've had with Tuff Shed - from Chad, our salesperson in Jacksonville, to the scheduling folks in Orlando, to Marco and the construction crew, to Mark, the repair guy - has been very positive!  This is a well-run outfit, and they do quality work.  Even though they were apparently very busy, they were able to get us scheduled quickly for the construction, which was just what we needed.  We paid a little more for our shed than some of the other alternatives would have cost, but it's well worth it to us.  We now have an attractive, quality-built storage building that will probably weather the next hurricane better than our house!

I purchased a shed over a year ago. At the time wrote a review that I though was complimenting a Representative that made a repair to my shed. He did an excellent job unfortunately I did not select the stars properly and he received one star instead of five. Hope this help.

We spent a long time researching and looking at storage sheds. From cheapy steel sheds to build-on-site buildings. The Tuff Shed was the best we could find. Solid construction, and great features. Expensive, but worth every penny. It will clearly pay for itself if and when the time comes to sell our property.  Also, outstanding service from Chad and all the good folks at Tuff Shed. We're already looking into our next Tuff Shed.

Very impressed with the whole Tuff Shed team in Orange Park: Bill the Crossdock Manager, Chad the Sales Agent, and Ryan and Rob the installers/builders.  These folks are customer driven.  I always felt my interests and budget were their first and only consideration. The quality of both the product and the installation are superb!
